• Exchange Period: Exchanges must be requested within 2 Days of delivery.
• Exchange Shipping Charges: Rs.100 will be charged for exchange shipping.
• Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed and delivered within 5-7 working days.

Return Policy

• Return Window: Returns must be requested within 2 Days of delivery.
• Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.
• Return Shipping Charges: An additional Rs.100 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
• Non-Returnable Items: Refunds are not valid for discounted or sale items.
• Refund Method: For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed directly to your original method of payment after deducting applicable charges. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as credit coupons only.

2.Prepare Your Return or Exchange:

3.Reverse Shipment Booking:

• Rayonbay will book the reverse shipment. Once applied, it takes 5-7 working days for the process to complete.
