Refund policy

To align with the RAYONBAY 2.0 premium positioning, your policy should be firm but professionally articulated, reinforcing the "Limited Edition" nature of the pieces.


RAYONBAY 2.0 | RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the strictly limited nature of our DROP01 collection—with only 100 pieces manufactured—all sales are considered final. We operate on a boutique production model to ensure the exclusivity and value of each masterpiece.

Exchanges & Damages

We maintain a zero-compromise standard for quality. However, if your wearable art arrives in a condition that is less than perfect, the following applies:

  • Eligibility: Returns or refunds are only granted if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product described.

  • Reporting Window: Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to our Customer Service team within 3 days of delivery.

  • Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the specific piece.

Cancellations

  • Timeframe: Cancellations are only permitted before the item has been shipped.

  • Dispatched Orders: Once an order has been processed or dispatched from our facility, we are unable to facilitate a cancellation.

Refund Processing

  • Timeline: In the rare event that a refund is approved, please allow 5–9 working days for the transaction to be processed through your original payment method.


Collector’s Note: Given that only 25 pieces exist per size Pan-India, we highly recommend verifying your size against our chart before purchase to ensure your 1-of-100 artifact fits perfectly.
