The 24-Hour Cooling Period

Modification Window: From the moment you place your order, we provide a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Order Updates: During this time, you may reach out for any essential updates to your order before it enters the manufacturing phase.

Production & Dispatch

Bespoke Preparation: Once the 24-hour window closes, your piece enters our specialized manufacturing process.
Timeline: Preparation and tailoring require 5–7 business days before the item is ready for dispatch.
Delivery: For orders across India, the total estimated delivery time ranges from 10–15 business days.

Deadline: All size modification requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
