📦 Return & Exchange Policy – Rayonbay
At Rayonbay, every product is custom-manufactured on order and offered at factory-direct wholesale prices. Because of this model:
Refunds
❌ We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, as all items are made-to-order and wholesale-based.
Exchanges
✅ Exchanges are possible only in the following cases:
Wrong product received
Defective or damaged product
For an exchange request:
You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing our support team with your order ID and product photos. ( help.rayonbay@gmail.com)
Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Shipping and packaging charges are borne by the customer both ways.
Important Notes
Bulk/wholesale orders (10+ pieces) are not eligible for exchange unless there is a major defect or error in the order.
Minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric texture are natural in custom manufacturing and will not be considered defects.
Store credit may be offered in some cases instead of direct exchange.
✨ Why this policy?
Since we operate as a factory-direct, make-on-order brand, every piece is produced after your order is placed. This process allows us to offer wholesale-level pricing with no middlemen, but it also means we cannot accommodate returns and refunds like retail brands.
